🪷RELEASE🪷
Catoptica won't tune into any one particular being. Instead it will pick up on the different vibes of different beings within the shared environment.
🪷OBSERVE🪷
Most vibes appear to be within a 10 metre radius depending on the level of nearby activity. Practice matching the outputs with shifts in the surrounding atmosphere.
🪷PATIENCE🪷
Not all outputs will appear relevent to your explorations or make immediate sense. Some may require further context or contradict expectations, while others may be more symbolic or result from interference.
🪷PRACTICE🪷
Treat the outputs as prompts for investigation, or take what fits and leave the rest. WIth daily practice you'll start to recognise patterns and increase our vibe awareness.
COW VIBES
A short video of Catoptica in action translating the vibes of some cows. After the translation session, the cow's owners said the outputs matched the cows circumstances, including having new caretakers and coming down off medicine.
We hope you enjoy watching this translation session and invite you to share your animal translation sessions with us.
QUESTIONS
What is Catoptica responding to?
Catoptica responds to shifts in magnetic field.
Who does Catoptica pick up on?
Outputs may appear to reflect the vibes of people, plants, and animals. Others may result from nearby electronics and electromagnetic interference.
How do I make sense of the Outputs?
Catoptica does not identify the source of an output. It is up to you to pay attention to your surroundings and increase your pattern recognition skills. Outputs may appear to interpret a vibe symbolically, literally, and metaphorically. Not all outputs will appear to be relevant to your explorations, and some won't appear to make sense without further contextual awareness.
Can I use Catoptica to make important decisions about people or animals?
Outputs are interpretions of the vibes in the general atmosphere around you. They should not be used as the sole basis for making important decisions about people or animals. Outputs may prompt you to investigate a situation more deeply, but should always be considered alongside your own observation, in the situated context, and, where appropriate, professional advice should be sought.
Is using Catoptica an invasion of privacy?
Catoptica does not identify or provide objective data about any particular individual. It is designed for exploring vibes and should not be used to target specific people or used as evidence against them. When filming, users are responsible for complying with local privacy and recording laws.
Disclaimer
Catoptica provides interpretive Outputs for reflection and further investigation. Catoptica can be used the monitor the vibes of your surrounding environment; however, its Outputs do not by themselves provide objective proof, diagnoses, professional advice, or conclusive evidence about a situation. Outputs should not replace appropriate professional advice. If the outputs distress you or those around you in anyway, please stop using the app immediately.

" CATOPTICA is an invitation to develop multispecies vibe awareness through attentiveness, speculation, and investigation. With patience, practice, and a willingness to explore the unknown, an entirely new way of seeing and engaging the world will reveal itself. It is not for everyone. But for those with the eyes, heart, and openness to perceive what others overlook."
